Goose River (Linden, NS) 21.5" x 31.5"

This area of Cumberland County, NS was previously called "Goose River".  In later changed to its now known name of Linden, Nova Scotia.  This rug was designed from a fabulous photograph (with permission granted to use the image for this rug) taken by local photographer Fred Horton of Pugwash (Horton House Gallery, Durham Street, Pugwash, NS). 

Backing:  Linen

Approximate Final Rug Size:  21 1/2 inches x 31 1/2 inches

Approximate Final Framed Size:  23 14 inches x 32 1/2 inches 

Frame type:  reclaimed lumber natural brown / grey

Materials:  wool cloth, yarn, recycled materials, and a variety of different textures

(Item is whipped with yarn on the sides.   The rug could be removed from the frame (simply find the staples and carefully pull them out with a pair of needle nose plyers.  Avoid pulling any of the yarns/wools at the same time).
